E-petition :: Advocate for sewers in your downtown

At Sustainable Long Island, we see this as an issue that impacts economic development, environmental health and social equity for all Long Islanders. Without sewers, we can't have thriving downtowns where people can walk to work or to shop or to eat out at restaurants. No sewers, no downtowns thriving with the kinds of businesses that create jobs and preserve our environment. We see sewers as one of the critical components to creating a sustainable region.

Why advocate for sewers?

We the undersigned petition to advocate for sewers in our downtown areas.
